HR Assistant

Pay Rate: $24.48 per hour
Location: Tulsa - in office 

Manpower is currently seeking a detail-oriented experienced HR Assistant to support the Human Resources Management Team within a Retirement Services environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and on time while providing exceptional customer service to retirees, employees, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the HR management team and Retirement Services department.
• Calculate retirement benefits and prepare related reports, including monthly payments, refunds, and benefit statements.
• Assist retirees and members by answering questions and providing information regarding retirement services.
• Support committee, board, and authority meetings through scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination.
• Maintain confidential records and sensitive employee and retiree information.
• Organize, compile, and accurately record data and documentation.
• Ensure departmental processes and deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Deliver professional customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative support in human resources or retirement services, 
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software applications such as excel 
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
